We want you to be happy with The Prop Firm Payout Playbook. If it is not for you, for any reason, email support@mustlearnacademy.in within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

• Email support@mustlearnacademy.in from the address you used at checkout, or include it in your message.
• Include your order ID (it is on the confirmation page and in your payment confirmation).
• Send the request within 7 days of the purchase date.

Timing

We process approved refunds within 2 business days. The money is returned to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) and usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Payment problems

• Charged but no access: write to us and we will send your download link or refund you, at any time.
• Charged twice: we refund the duplicate payment in full.

• Requests made after 7 days are not covered by the guarantee.
• The guarantee covers the price of the playbook only. It does not cover trading losses or prop firm challenge fees. The content is educational and we do not promise trading results.
